DIY: Easy Glow-in-the-Dark Neon Halloween Bat Garland Craft

Last Halloween, I purchased some glittery foam bats silhouettes from Michaels. I punched holes in them and turned them into garland. This year for Halloween, I wanted to jazz the bats up a bit with glow-in-the-dark neon green paint (leftover from my son Kai’s glow-in-the-dark bowling birthday party). Here is how I did it: Supplies: black foam
