Don’t you just love freshly made salsa? The tanginess of the lime. Mmm. It’s good. I recently created a peach salsa recipe for onlinelabels.com. Find the complete recipe here.
I make this recipe when I go to pool parties or BBQs. It’s always a big hit. I sometimes add mangoes or pineapples to the salsa. It just depends on what fruit I have on hand or if it was on sale at the grocery store.
I’m not a big fan of heat so this peach salsa omits jalapeños. You can always add them if you want to.
I also designed free printable labels. Also available at onlinelabels.com’s blog. Click here to print them out.
I love these labels because you can come up with your own clever name for your salsas and write them on the line. Then you can mark how spicy it is with a circle on the bottom of the label.
To add the homemade touch and especially if I’m bringing the salsa to a party or as a gift, I like to display it in a Mason jar. I then wrap baker’s twine around the Mason jar’s lid. It also adds a nice touch of color.
Dip in and enjoy! xoxo
