All you need are flour sack towels, fruit and acrylic paint.  If you want to create geometric shapes, cut self-adhesive craft foam or use pre-cut craft shapes and stick onto a wooden craft block.

I love these because they make great housewarming gifts and you can even use them as wrapping paper!
