Host a Wine and Cheese Get Together + Free Printables
A couple of months ago, I showed you how to make infused vodka for a vodka sampling party.
Today, I’m going to show you what you need to host the best wine and cheese party ever. Go to Onlinelabels.com for a complete tutorial.
The first thing you need is labels. I love these labels that I designed because they are simple and straight to the point. These labels are simple, yet sophisciated.
I used the brown kraft paper labels because I thought it gave a chic vibe. Don’t you think?
So, here is what you need:
Cheese. Don’t skimp on the cheese. Try as many varieties as possible. Hard, soft, creamy, hot and cold. Try it all. Go to Whole Foods and ask their cheese people for selection ideas.
Don’t forget the sides: grapes, pears, salami, sausage, nuts. The works.
Then think about the wine. Try different flavors in both the red and white variety. Personally, I love Malbec and Riesling (which is too sweet for a lot of people I know).
Use paper straws to make the labels.
