Make Your Own DIY BoHo Dream Catcher
Dream catchers are so much fun to make. I feel like they add a cozy feel to any room, especially when they are made with lots and lot of feathers. I feel like the feathers make the dream catchers more luxurious.
When making this dream catcher for ForRent.com (click here for the complete how-to), I decided to be sneaky. Instead of making a tricky and difficult center for the dream catcher using string, I used twigs from outside. I love this idea because it adds an earthy element to craft.
I feel like right now our world needs a lot of dreams and hope. I live in Orlando. I’ve seen first hand how my community came together. It’s been beautiful. Out of pain and destruction, we found hope and dreams and love. Everywhere you drive around town you seen rainbows and hearts.
So, I’m dedicating this dream catcher to everyone who has a dream for peace and love and hope and community.
Here’s what you need to make this project:
- Embroidery hoop
- Yarn
- Scissors
- Beads
- Feathers
- Twigs
